I've always loved working out but I really got serious about 4 to 5 years ago.
Why I Love It:
It helps me mentally and physically. I just seemed to feel more together.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm always changing things up so I don't get bored or get in a rut! If I need extra motivation I look at pics of my favorite female competitors such as jamie eason and Valerie Waugaman.
BB Accomplishments:
I entered my first figure competition 4-28-2007 and won first place. I wanted to compete at least once but never expected to win first place! It was an awesome experience and I never could have done it without the support of my family and friends especially my husband Marty Cheyka and my best friend Kristy Medo.

This was taken at a family get together when I was almost 8 months pregnant. I'm the one on the right standing next to my beautiful friend Kaylee. I gained about 30lbs during pregnancy.
Get my body back into shape after giving birth to my beautiful baby girl.
Goal (Long):
I am truly happy when I put in the hard work to look the best that I can be. Their's no magic pill or potion it takes patience, hard work and lot's of determination. (Patience) If it took years to pack on body fat then it will take some time to loose it. (Hard Work) With hard work their is always an outcome of accomplishment. (Determination)Passion is the ingredient that fuels it all. With these 3 ingredients anything is possible. You are given choices each day and it is those choices that decide how fast you reach your long term goals tomorrow!!!!
I am 7 months pregnant and she motivates and inspires me to stay healthy throughout my pregnancy and I look forward to implementing her plan outlined in the hormonal timing book she has written. She has an understanding of what a woman goes through during pregnancy and has been an exceptional role model to show that it is possible to get back into shape after pregnancy.

Monday/Legs
20 minutes of morning cardio on empty stomach
superset- Smith butt squat and 30 rep BB Squats with no weight for 3 sets
Smith Lunge with chest to knee to put more emphasis on glutes for 3 sets
Stiff Leg Deadlift 3 sets

You still look amazing - hope the weather is turning forr you - can't believe I just turned the big 4-0 - took the boat down to Miami for some fishing and diving - great way to unwind - hope all is well!!
