How I Started:
I started when I was in school. I took 4 years of weight lifting. I loved it then. I stayed pretty active for about 2 years after that but then life happened. Then I meet my husband and he got me started back into it. I did not realize how much I loved it and needed it till then. I am glad he got me motivated
Why I Love It:
Lots of reason and in no particular order: I love going and spending the time with my husband, I like seeing the results and seeing my body change, I love out lifting the GUY beside me, and I loving knowing that what I am doing is good for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and daughter motivate me the most. Then looking back at how I had let myself go to how I look know keeps me going.

ok im in the tub right now typing this and trying to relax. im home alone so its the perfect time for bubble baths and blogging. i admit i have been a little..edgey this week. lots going on. so i snapped at hubby when i seen again that he used my wash rag and tossed it in the bottem of the tub...
