i was 29 here...right before the metabolism hit...didn't have a car so i walked everywhere and took the bus and train...didn't have a gym membership then either...i felt like i was a little heavy here...imagine?!

i knew i was heavier here...didn't stop me from bodyboarding snorkeling or learning to surf...hindsight, i know i'm on the right path to getting fit now.

i remember getting into this top and thought how tight it was...i don't remember my weight and didn't know what my body fat percentage was...

started at 144 pounds...and 35% body fat
