i was 29 here...right before the metabolism hit...didn't have a car so i walked everywhere and took the bus and train...didn't have a gym membership then either...i felt like i was a little heavy here...imagine?!

i knew i was heavier here...didn't stop me from bodyboarding snorkeling or learning to surf...hindsight, i know i'm on the right path to getting fit now.

from february to june, i was devoted to my job and still went to the gym but it was difficult to balance...so i signed on for 24 sessions with a trainer...

144lbs and 33% body fat...slow improvements...after working out my upper back, i can start to feel it getting better...still lots of work to put in...especially those rolls in the back..THE WORST!
