How I Started:
i needed consistent exercise to get my metabolism going after turning 30. i'm eating nutritious and more organic foods now too!
Why I Love It:
good posture, release of stress, it's my own time, the positive aspects are amazing: looking & feeling better...builds confidence and empowers both inside and out. keeps me disciplined and focused knowing i'm doing something good for me and being able to share that with others who want the same in their lives makes me feel great!
How I Stay Motivated:
pushing myself...learning, listening, taking pointers from people who have been able to achieve their goals...thinking of not looking the way i did before...need to shed 23 more pounds! when i see results, no matter how minimal, i look forward to meeting my short term goals and see how far i've come...i'm STARTING to see some definition in my core! also feeling stronger and sexier as i go!
BB Accomplishments:
muscle tone is great now except its buried underneath a layer of fat...its got to go! and its slowly leaving...which is amazing...a lot of the loss is through better nutrition...amount and quality of what i take in and regular training just helps even more.

Goal (Long):
i'm happy to be healthy...my main fitness goals are to cut back both my body weight to about 120 pounds and have my body fat at 15-20%. i'm already feeling stronger, seeing more muscle definition, endurance, flexibility from yoga, confidence, great posture, great nutrition, and still keeping it curvy and sexy! wish list: a six pack that i have NEVER had my whole life but I will and SOON!!! i can start seeing and feeling the beginning of it! :)

I was low in iron today and a bit dizzy but i looked forward to training today since i already skipped yoga...my knee needed to heal first...and monday was most important since that's my main training day...did cardio ahead of time and was sweating up a storm in...
Thats good news! Have a great time with your yoga class :) Some of my friends take yoga and.they love it. They try to get me to go but I'm not that flexible, It would be a disaster! Lol. :)
Thanks Chelle. I'm sorry to hear about your knee, I hope you feel better soon :) My training is going very well. Just got in from the gym. I'm extremely sore but in a good way. lol. I recently changed up my weight training music. I been listening to more and more classical music. I know, I know it sounds weird!! But it actually helps me focus more.Hahaha. :+)
