JGallegos707 I switched it up. I am eating Kachi Cereal in the AM around 6-7 am. I eat veggies and a grilled chicken or steak for lunch at 11 am, and eat some fruits around 2-3pm. I hit the gym between 5-6pm, drink a pre-workout drink and drink a protein shake afterwards. Plus I try to drink about a gallon of water per day. Unfortunately I have not dropped below 20% body fat. I am also switching up my workouts. I will do 30 min. cardio and one muscle group each workout. I hope this combo breaks my plateau. May 7, 2013 6:10pm
