ummm try lat pull downs and seated rows. ask if you can do weighted stretches like bench flys. good luck looking foward to progress photos bet you look amazing

Hey I'm good. I'm trying to get rid of maybe 5 pounds around my stomache too. It's all cardio and STRICT diet.! I hate it and mess it up a lot at night. You look amazing though. I love cali! I plan on moving there next year in Sept.
