I started losing weight in oct. 2005...got down to a size 12/14....got prego in july of 2006 and my weight ballooned from there...really trying to get this weight off...it's not easy taking it off after having a baby, but I'll eventually do it.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good...really energized.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by virtue of the fact I really don't want to look like a human whale....I am sick of people making horrendous remarks about me....I'm not lazy just fat.
I also suggest that you take small steps. By taking smaller steps towards a larger goal, you are able to experience success much more quickly and much more often. So instead of telling yourself you're going to lose say, 50 pounds within the year try telling yourself you're going to lose 1 pound this week. Then do it.
Remember: “Nothing happens until you make it happen.”
I want to say that I believe you can and will achieve your fitness goal. I don't know what program you use but my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks and I lost over 50 Lb in the same time period by following the 12 week Body for Life body transformation program.
