I eat everything i love still but in moderation

I eat way more protein

Vegetables sometimes

i love fruit like strawberries, pineapple and raspberries and blackberries

Chicken and beef are my favorite meats

1 omega oils and flaxseed

1 multivitamin

1 calcium

I also try to eat  half a protein bar if i miss a meal or a small snack
