Motivation is a huge factor in accomplishing your goals since only you can control your life! I am a self motivated person howver I follow a few IFBB Pro's who have amazing physique IFBB Pro Amanda Latona and IFBB Vanessa Campbell.
No matter how bad you want something if you don't take that first step (the hardest step) you won't get there wanting never got anyone anything!
