Motivation is a huge factor in accomplishing your goals since only you can control your life! I am a self motivated person howver I follow a few IFBB Pro's who have amazing physique IFBB Pro Amanda Latona and IFBB Vanessa Campbell.

 

No matter how bad you want something if you don't take that first step (the hardest step) you won't get there wanting never got anyone anything!

misfogel im your height and ended my fourth pregnancy at 230 as well! You are an inspiration that it is possible to get an amazing body and not sit in the rut of "this is as good as its going to get after kids" I'm trying to mix up my routin and not give up to hit my goal of one day being confident enough to compete.
