Always loved working out, exercising, and doing any kind of physical activity. Father got me started doing pull-ups and push-ups and became hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
Because of the way it makes me feel. Love to push my limits to see how far I can go in one session. very addictive
How I Stay Motivated:
My younger bro keeps me motivated. He is lifting benching more than twice what i weigh with much less resources than i have. i look up to him.

Just starting out i was just under 145lb
Im sooo happy im up to 150lbs... i know that is nothing, but its an improvement!!
Today was supposed to be chest but because i did so much push-ups yesterday i decided to do shoulders today instead. Did 4 sets of 10 Front delt raises and 4 sets of side raises. Then moved to shoulder press-ups. I decided to do some lunges w/o weights. After 4 laps around the track...
Yes., your current profile picture does say 'big'. I am at around the same weight I was at about two months ago, but my workout sessions feel good. I am seeing more definition in my muscles, even though I have been working on mass and not on definition.
yeah its very intense i followed the 5X5 for 7 months and made great gains.But because summers cummin up i've started cutting with loads more cardio and low carbs high protein deit which is working but aint very enjoyable. so do you do much sport and fitness or do you jus weight training.
