Goal (Long): I lost 11 pounds of fat and i reach my goal wich is 14% body fat. I will keep trying to bring it down but also to gain weight (muscle)

today i went to the clinic and found out i have a bruised ribed.  At least it is not cracked...

I was dirtbiking last weekend when i fell and thought i was all good, started working out on it and hit the bench press... OUTCHHHH!

Progress pics showing good gains already woth the solid traps and shoulders, nice thickness to pecs and good arms. Midsection has also tightened up and that 6 pack you want will get there soon. Andre
