My father was a marine Master Sergeant for 33 years he inspired in me the discipline to be healthy and fit. Even though my hoop dreams got cut short due to family obligations. I still never stopped training and training others.
Why I Love It:
Through my personal fitness struggles I learned the real inspiration is to inspire others to fullfill there fitness dreams.My company Energy Fitness is based on that simple philosophy. Working out is just an added bonus to the dream!
How I Stay Motivated:
I surround myself with winners. God provides the rest. We all motivate each other.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 30% bodyfat to 14% bodyfat in three months. If I can do it anybody can!

diet is the biggest obstacle for me. i know how to not eat junk, but staying on a real deal meal plan is very difficult for me. i eat healthy foods in the wrong macros and quantities at the wrong times. i just wing it. it's gotten me this far, but i know if i want to go to the next level, i gotta make some changes. any help would be greatly appreciated.
