How I Started:
I have Crohn's disease. This disease plays "hell" on your body. I've had 6 life threatening surgeries. I decided I had to do something to make my body stronger. The best way to achieve this goal is to work out.
Why I Love It:
Through hard work, I see how I can change the look of my body. When I graduated high school, I weighted 110 pounds. Through working out and eating a good diet, I have gained strength and muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing progress in my body, the mirror, feeling strong
BB Accomplishments:
At the beginning of May, I was 10% bodyfat and weighed 195.

Never give up!! I once was 110lbs!!! had 6 surgerys i was told 3 times i wouldnt live!!! Had a colonoscopy util they toke my colon out now i live wit a iloscopy which i will die with!!!I came out 145lbs afther my last surgery!!! Look at me now an stay tuned!!!U can do it!!!!!

At the beginning of May, I was finally achieving my goal- 195 pounds, 10% bodyfat. Then I had a Crohn's Flare up which got better after a stay in the hospital. After this flare up, I lost 20 pounds and felt weak. Then in June I had to have my wrist rebroke after it didn't heal correctly. So, here...

Dymatize BCAA Complex 2200, 400 Caplets
Started: Feb 01, 2008
Reason: can tell a difference n takning it.
Dymatize ISO-100, 5 Lbs., Chocolate
Started: Jul 01, 2008
Reason: no sugar fat and most of all taste!!!

When you up your carbs, how long do you give it to take effect? I know I went through the same "bloated" feeling b/c carbs are water-dense. But, my nutritionist reminded me it was only temp...after a couple of weeks I could see the benefit & I didn't look so bloated-:)
