I started dieting about 6 months ago but didn't really take it too serious at first. Then about six weeks ago I just got motivated to change what I looked like and now it's just become routine.
Why I Love It:
All my life I have been able to yo-yo my look with just a little running, however, now that I got a little "real" training under my belt, I can see results very quickly that I have never had in the past and now, I am addicted.
After 10 weeks of running and a killer of a diet, I have lost 40lbs of fat, and my legs exploded with growth. Now, if I can just get the rest of me to catch up with my legs, that would be sweet!
Man, I tell ya, that is the body that I want to create! hahha, looks like frkn Mickael Angelo carved you. :) your abs are exactly what I am trying to create. Keep up the good work.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Pretty fkn nuts. I take a few sups, food: plain chicken breasts, tuna fish, beans, wheat pasta, and brown rice. Fruit, lots of it, strawberry and banana smoothies every AM. I probly eat 6 to 7 small meals a day, as before I was eating like 2 big gorge meals, late in the afternoon and again just before bed. Pretty fkn nuts. Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
No
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I keep a blog of the distance I have run, but as far as reps, no, I don't keep a record of that yet.

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Been a rough day today so not really motivated. Ran 4 miles on the tread after working shoulders and arms with the bells. Then the sauna for 10minutes. I can see growth in my arms and shoulders, and the top 4 stomach muscles are starting to show.
I start usually at noon unless I am working in the AM with a run that averages 5 miles Mon-Fri. Woodlake and the Brandermill area are great because of all the trails that go through the woods. At night after work, I hit the gym in my basement. You would laugh if you could see the equipment,...
