I've always been athletic. I played football and basketball all through high school. In college I played sports, but lacked the discipline to really dominate. After sports I got a job, got married and fell off. Just felt like I needed a change in my life and started doing calisthenics then I began weight lifting.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because the feeling is indescribable. I love the feeling of my muscles being tight. That hurt so good feeling just makes me feel so awesome. When I'm @ the gym getting that last rep I get the best rush in the world. Love how I feel when I’m done pushing myself to the max. I love pumping and I will do it forever. Wish I started sooner!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's my passion. I live for the pump. I love the blood, sweat and pain that goes into the iron. I feel guilty if I miss a workout. Lifting is like breathing to me.

Mike inspires me because he is very knowledgeable. The man knows what he's talking about. He's also been a HUGE help for me on finding supps that work and gives great advice on dieting. Not only does he possess deep knowledge of diet and supplementation, the man has a lot of character. Here he has a condition that gives him a disadvantage, but he still is motivated and goes out and does his thing in the gym. If we didn't live a few states away, he would definitely be my workout partner.
Since I've started my new position training has been a very difficult task to accomplish. I slowly started getting back in it hardcore. You know getting in legs days, but missing shoulders or getting in chest and back, but missing arms. Finally, I am back full force going hard 5 days a week like...
Thanks for reminding me. I need to buy some of that stuff myself. Word of warning though. Keep that stuff in a DRY place. I know the humidity here in Georgia will make it all stick together and you'll get all pissy about that.
LOL, if i recall correctly I'm the one who recommended shotgun to you a while ago. I haven't taken that stuff in a while because its always cracking me out. He he, but try that other stuff and let me know how it goes.
Jacked is good and all but hey, there's nothing wrong with trying new things.
Nope but some folks swear the stuff is great. I for one really limit the amount supp's I take into my body. I try to just eat high protein foods, which have no problem doing. LOL
