How I Started:
Always saw it as a pain in the ass, necessary evil for some but not so for me until, I got into it. Then I started realizing that this is actually fun. Feeling your body shape up and muscles build.
Why I Love It:
Gives me tons of energy, and I feel like I am doing something good for my self.
Sorry I delayed this post but I was running around quite a bit this week. I also increased my intake of the gym. I am a little scaried of that too much cardio is not always a good thing when you are trying to retain muscle. However I think that the small time that I spend working on...
My wife and I know where you are coming from & know that you can have the body of your dreams. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and we got them following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. Push yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort.
