I've been on and off with my training due to the army's schedule! But I'm trying my best to make sure i continue working out(in the gym) we run and do push ups sit ups mon though fri but that's not enough for what i want!

It calms me down i have way to much energy

oh im not there now, im back in my own country england, but to answer your question i was at luke for 9 months, see your US army my friend is posted there well in iraw right now. but another my bf is at fort hood training before he ets deployed to iraq, you may off seen em. 3rd/157th artillary CO, well ive just apply to join the british army fulltime.
ehh for the past couple of days its been great but then it gets all humid and sucks. i dont know about padre but thats how it is here. wow iraq! i knew someone who was there.
i can come hopefully in june. depends on how the picnics work out. but ill try my best. when are you moving to NY. call me when u can, or get on yahoo. u can yahoo my phone anytime now
It snowed here yesterday... but i guess I'd still rather be here than there. My training has been good. Trying to get summer ready (if it ever comes). Working on the abs lots. How about you? Tearing it up?
im having a good time really feeling the effects of yesterdays workout. my shoulders and arms dumbell pressed the most weight they have ever in their entire life. how have you been ?
