What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
No sugary foods bad workout. 2 yogurts and water. For me I need to always update my mp3 player same songs get old and dont help. When I look at bar or whatever I just know in my head I own this fucker...more

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
My favorite foods are acually good for you, I got lucky. Yogurt, fish( I cook not fish sticks), boneless skinless chicken breast and cottage cheese are my favorite foods so it just falls into place.
