I always love lifting since my parents got me a bench when I was 15. So it was always something in my life from when I was young.
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get after your workout. Wow it feels great!! You have to feel it to explain it plus the people there are great always wanting to improve and work at it:)
How I Stay Motivated:
While people are buying pills and stupid tv deits thinking they will look like those people by poping pills and sitting on ass. I just have to laugh:D
BB Accomplishments:
I am more lifter but respect anyone who works at what they want. My Accomplishment is the pround feeling I get pressing more on military press then some can hit on bench:D

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
No sugary foods bad workout. 2 yogurts and water. For me I need to always update my mp3 player same songs get old and dont help. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
My favorite foods are acually good for you, I got lucky. Yogurt, fish( I cook not fish sticks), boneless skinless chicken breast and cottage cheese are my favorite foods so it just falls into place.
I have a rotating schecule with four routines. I want a 5th and decided it to be chest. On my chest day now I do flat bench, decline press, close grip barbell press, tricept kickbacks and burn it on peck deck to finish. Any suggesstions for a 2nd chest day?
My strength doesn't decrease.Although I am already top heavy so I am trying to go in the opposite direction get the top to match my legs.I don't want to look like Johnny Bravo anymore,lol.
