When I Started: Apr 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I walked out of the movie 300 and was amazed that people could look like that. Then i took a weight training course in high school and after that i fell in love with iron. After reading countless hours on bb.com, i realized there

WHY I LOVE IT:

Watching my body change, setting new goals and it makes me feel complete.
