Took a weight training course in high school, after it was done I knew i had to change my body.

Watching my body change, setting new goals,getting compliments and it makes me feel complete.

I used to gain a lot of fat during the off season and get up around 15% but then I realized that I dont need to do that in order to put on muscle. This past off season I kept it around 11% and was able to put on just as much muscle and it is making the cut a lot easier.
