Workout Program:
Day 1: Chest Tricep
- 3 exercises per body part 3 sets each
-10 reps
- every workout is different.

Day 2: Back Bicep
- Back 4 exercises 3 sets each
- Bicep 3 exersises 3 sets each
- same rep range

Day 3: rest

Day 4: Quads Hams Calves
- Quads 2 exercises 4 sets each
- Hams and calves 3 exercises 3 sets

Day 5: Shoulders
- Three exercises hit each head
- 10 reps

Day 6 and 7 rest
