I played baseball in high school and my coach told me I was to small. Since then I've never stopped growing. I started at 100lbs. and now I am up to 175lbs, at 5'3". A few years later, I watched my cousin compete and since then, I have been hooked on bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It is an ultimate high to see my body transform just by manipulating my diet. And I always look forward to an intense workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone who supports me, helps me stay focused on my ultimate goal. Their words of encouragement fuel my desire in becoming a professional bodybuilder.
BB Accomplishments:

2004 World Gym Classic Light Wt.&
Overall Winner
2007 USA Light wt. Winner

2007 Stingrey Classic Light wt. and Overall Winner
What's up Shavis? Been a while since I last heard from you. I ran into someone at the gym that knew you but I forgot his name. You all ready for the USA's next month?

Shav!!! Thanks for taking a look at my site! If u have a banner link, send it to me so I can put it up. Ya know we both compete on July 25th?? That's a good luck day for us haha. It would have been nice to come support u & see May & the the little one. But I gotta do this Canadian show...
I believe super heavy. And then my bf is doing the Master's National the week before. I am far from being ready! I still got lots of work to do so we'll see:-). Good luck, looks like youre ready!

just droppin ya a line...yes i got my 2nd win in three weeks...the first was state's...and this last one was the metrolina...maybe nationals this year as a welterweight..?...we'll see...you on point for another win at the usa's?...
obviously your doing something right, looking ripped man, outstanding abs, and quads, excellent symmetry. Hey how is that superpump 250 working out for you, I was thinking about adding it to my supps. Any personal experience you can offer would be great. Thanks and take care
Yeah, its probably better to focus on when I'm more prepared to compete and get up on stage... I've never had so much motitvation to compete before. I guess I got the bug.
I was planning to do the paradise cup this year. But I want to add more size so depending on the next couple months I might just do the Stingrey Classic next year... I really don't want to go on stage and look sloppy. I just really wanna compete.
Do you have any advice you could give about what contest would be better to enter as a novice?
