Background
I played baseball in high school and my coach told me I was to small. Since then I've never stopped growing. I started at 100lbs. and now I am up to 175lbs, at 5'3". A few years later, I watched my cousin compete and since then, I have been hooked on bodybuilding.
It is an ultimate high to see my body transform just by manipulating my diet. And I always look forward to an intense workout.

Day 2: Back Bicep
- Back 4 exercises 3 sets each
- Bicep 3 exersises 3 sets each
- same rep range
Day 3: rest
Day 4: Quads Hams Calves
- Quads 2 exercises 4 sets each
- Hams and calves 3 exercises 3 sets
Day 5: Shoulders
- Three exercises hit each head
- 10 reps
Day 6 and 7 rest
