I was super skinny dude growing up so going to the gym wasn't really an option (intimidation factor). My brother in law is a big guy and got me involved with weight training. After I started to see results, I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging and pushing myself physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing changes in my physical appearance keeps me involved.
BB Accomplishments:
HAHA, considering how skinny I was when I started lifting, being able to bench my own weight was an accomplishment..
Not sure bro, Dr. won't give me a timeframe. He did say that I will be able to lift, but not excessive weight. My bike caught a serious case of wobbles, and when I slowed to get control it got worse. I laid it down in a grassy median.
