How I Started:
I wanted to get bigger. I was always one of the smallest kids. I picked up my first weight when I was 14. I have been hooked ever since. Here is an interesting FACT about me: I was 80 lbs in grade 9 and wrestled at 84 lbs and under. (Now if that wasn't reason enough to hit the weights and eat more.... lol)
Why I Love It:
I like the challenge of improving and setting new goals for myself. And it is also a healthy lifestyle that I am proud to be a part of.
How I Stay Motivated:
Leading by example. I run a natural bodybuilding organization and "I practice what I preach."
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed in 11 shows. My biggest accomplishment was competing in my very first show in 2001 and winning the Novice Lightweight class. I proved to myself I could do it. I trained very hard for that show and learned a lot during the process.

i love the website!!! i too am studying to become a personal trainer. i love working out and trying to come up with new ways to better my body and help people with theirs. i go all natural, i dont take any supplements to increase my muscle size. i figure what God gave me is perfect.

plus i want to be able to keep my shape up for the rest of my life and not for a month or so. i am trying to bulk up in muscle size but thats kind of hard for me right now because i am in college and i do play sports so the coaches have to yell at me to keep me out of the weight room, which is pretty hard for me.lol but things are going well for me. thanks for the link again. you have some really good info on there.
