2) Pulldowns - 4 sets, mid-range grip
3) Low Pulley Rows: 4 sets x 12-15 reps
4) Neutral Grip Pull-ups
5) One Arm Rows: 3 sets x 10 reps or Barbell upright rows
6) Deadlifts - 5 sets ascending to 8...

Doing great, thanks!!! Getting back to running after a small knee injury but it felt good to get back!!! How's your training going??? I am soooo wanting to get super lean in the next 2 months! Going to Cabo in Feb and am counting the days!!! Have a great week!
