Overall Goal: I'm glad the dieting phase is over getting ready for the last comp. Eating up now and hitting my lats and shoulders.

Aug, 2006
How I Started:
I had a classical ballet background and have always maintained fitness. I needed a new fitness goal to maintain motivation and decided to compete in bodybuilding. Something to work towards and I get to perform on stage.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout to maximum effort whether by using weights or running. You can achieve amazing results in body sculpting by weight training (and you can eat alot also)!
How I Stay Motivated:
By changing my weight training routine and varying aerobic conditioning. I always try out new exercise sessions, from Boxing to Pilates. Motivation to workout has to come from within, but it helps to have workout buddies that have similar fitness goals.
BB Accomplishments:
NABBA Australia 2007, 2nd Figure Class 2.
NABBA Miss International May 2008, 2nd Figure Class 2.

Above all, will stay healthy and eat clean!
I just dropped by to say that you look amazing! You have the body that so many women dream of but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
If I had a nickel for every time someone told me I didn't look like I was fifty, I'd actually have five cents in my pocket right now. :^) So thanks for the good words, and I wish you much success!
I took the overall title at our WPF Provincials over the weekend. Pics are up. You can have a look and let me know what you think. I weighed in rock hard at 224.4lbs.
I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Please check it out and let me know what you think. My competition weight was a rock hard 229.9lbs.
I have been great! How about yourself?
You Aussies sure take awesome pics!
No fights recently, with the economy here in the states on the fritz I decided to focus on my career and finishing my Med degree.
