I had a classical ballet background and have always maintained fitness. I needed a new fitness goal to maintain motivation and decided to compete in bodybuilding. Something to work towards and I get to perform on stage.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout to maximum effort whether by using weights or running. You can achieve amazing results in body sculpting by weight training (and you can eat alot also)!
How I Stay Motivated:
By changing my weight training routine and varying aerobic conditioning. I always try out new exercise sessions, from Boxing to Pilates. Motivation to workout has to come from within, but it helps to have workout buddies that have similar fitness goals.
BB Accomplishments:
NABBA Australia 2007, 2nd Figure Class 2.
NABBA Miss International May 2008, 2nd Figure Class 2.

Back into upper body training and hitting the leg and abs hard. Next comp, May 2009.
Goal (Long):
Pump hard and eat alot but lean for muscle building. Will define my legs keepimg same mass, but go heavy on my upper body.
Above all, will stay healthy and eat clean!
oh it was relaxing hangin out in the sun hittin more poses...plus i had 3 chicken breast sandwiches right before we got up there to the park...when is your next comp?...
How you doing Sharon? No, actually I do all my ab exercises with just bodyweight and high reps. Hanging leg raises, lying leg raises, crunches, etc. I don't need my abs to extend so its just all bodyweight for control and detail. Hope your training is going well.
