hey thats good to hear you're doing better.. gotta keep urself protected, warm n cozy especially with those nasty flu's going around.. my thanksgiving was good, but totally bombed on diet this week... yuck... hehe but my Christmas wish list is nothin special, just some clothes (since i have an outdated wardrobe due to all money into bb lol) and yong-ddon. everyone can use a lil extra cash ;) how about you????
oh for sure! last time i went i was about as heavy as you are. okay maybe a little heavier lol. i too want to see how much of a difference will having some muscles and better posture help. when was the last time you went?

im getting close to my 225 goal but i dont see much difference in my looks, maybe a vein in my arm but thats it,lol,, so i shall be adding some more cardio to maybe try 215,,how about you, you looking good whats your secret
my goal right now is to add some lean mass (isn't that everyone's goal lol) and to watch my sugar/sodium intake. i just can't stop eating candy. mcdonalds, okay, but NOT CANDY I NEED MY GUMMI WORMS haha how about you? what is your current goal?
