I am currently following the Kris Gethin 12 week video program ! !
I am currently following the Kris Gethin 12 week video program. I am making some adjustmetns to the program to fit my abilities and goals since they are different than his, but love the continued change-up of workouts and lifts. He continues to change it up, keeping things fresh and interesting. I look forward to watching the videos and they really help me stay focussed on what it is that I am doing and why I am doing it. Week 7 right now, I'll post some pictures of the before and afters at the end of the 12 weeks and looking forward to seeing the changes.
