I used to do Tae Kown Do, did it for eight years got my black belt and addicted to fitness, lifting weights and the pump best drug around IMO plus you look good and feel great

Started as a chubby man boobed 91kg slob - cut down to 80kg, then started bulking been stuck at 85kg.
Reaching 100kg Bench press 1 rep max
