Overall Goal: New goal for me. 1 1/2 lbs of weight loss per week and to increase my water intake. Thanks to everyone on BB.com for supporting me on this journey.
Fit Status:
My weight is slowly comming off ....Ya.Ya.Ya....
I just decided that I was fat and I had enough. I have not persay started Bodybuilding just working out. I work out 5 days a week for about 1 hour. I would like to start Body Building to transform my body. I have two kids and I would like to be active and healthy for them.
Why I Love It:
Something changed for me and I enjoy going to the gym. I enjoy time for me by myself, something I don't get much of.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirrior and knowing that the next time I look I will be smaller. I want to go shoping and pull something off of the rack and know it's going to fit. I want a bright yellow g-string and I want to look good in it.
BB Accomplishments:
None at this time.

Goal (Long):
My whole life I have been chubby and now I have gone to just plain fat!!! I would like to drop 135LBS and lower my bodyfat to a very healthy percentage. Body Building is something I know very little about but I see these sexy women and I know that I want to look like that. I have three goals that I would like to accomplish by November of 2009 and they are as follows:
Goal #1 - Drop 135LBS
Goal #2 - Have definite Muscle and Tone
Goal #3 - Look Good in a swim suit.
I want people to look at me the way I look at women Body Builders. When I see them I instintly say wow they have dedication and pride in the way they look. I want that. I want my husband to be involved in my training and feel proud of what Iam doing. I would also like to know more about the drink mixes, protein powders, proper nutrition and anything else that would help me achive my goals. If anyone is willing to give me any info I would love to here from you.
Read her story!!! Her hard work and her attitude speaks for itself. She chose to love herself and make her life better and for that she is an inspiration. I hope to be where she is now one day very soon.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Do it for yourself because it makes you feel good. Keep a fitness log and food diary so you can hold yourself accountable. If it's on paper it will keep you honest.

My husband and my friends stand behind me 100% and i could not ask for anything more. I hope I make them proud.

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
It has realy opened my eyes and mind to the things you can't see or touch. It puts the confidance, motavation and energy back into your daily life. It's been about a month since we have moved to California and now it's time to get back on track. lately I have been reading blogs from other people and realized that I have some good goals but I set the bar to high and therefore I set myself up for failure.
Monday's and Thursdays
Lower Body
Stationary bike for 20-30 min and stretching each morning before I start weight training.
Started Program on 03/31/09
during the week I try to pick up a cardio class at the gym. I picked this program from a "Slim Tone and Fit" Magizine because it is low...

:) Its always nice to hear from you. I've been really busy this semester with school and work. I'm having a hard time working out. But when ever I get a chance I do atleast 30 min. My suggestion is to never give up. And try to not make life an excuse. I'm glad your doing this - working out and dieting. Its a long road but its the safest and healthiest way of doing it. :)

I heard its pure vitamine and fiber the daily elements that you need per day and that it helps lose more of the weight naturaly because its a natural source. You drink it once a day as a snack. :) Hey there. Let me know when you start. I will send you a picture of the a chart I follow for P90X. I decided to vary the cardio and weight lifting .. it helps your muscle rest in between days. Try it see how it works for you. :) How are you btw?

Great .. wow yea i'd love to see your results when you come back. I have been feeling lazy latly .. my boss introduced me to this beachbody workout called Insanity .. im deing to try it .. i need something new.. I'm not where i want to be but i know i can. School starts for me soon i have no idea how i will balance work, working out, and school but i will do my best. Best of luck for you ... XOXOX
OMG so cool your going to do P90X ... one thing I suggest dont worry if you cannot do the full video or some of the workouts .. i still cant do most of the junping it will take awhile but remember to take it easy ok. and yes when you come back I'd love to see your progress and I love to hear how everything went. Remember to have fun while working out. :)
