I wrote out that workout since you seemed confused about the exercises... I'm sure you will never do them anyway ;) but go ahead and read it, its not so bad.

I think the issue is that you are burning so much glycogen and in general energy in your training that the day or days after a big cycle or workout you are starving and you are not in my opinion eating enough proteins or fats... eating lots of carbs will only leave you feeling that much more hungry after training so hard.

Protein is your best friend... There is nothing written that says protein doesn't build muscle... I'm not sure what you read but that is a total false statement. Eating carbs help bring glycogen into the muscles... help train with more vigor and intensity but carbs ALONE will not build muscle.

Not true in my opinion... Carbs can give you the enegy to lift heavier, train harder and therefore you can build more muscle but you only build muscle through eating lots of protein. FACT !

I'm impressed you know there is a difference between training and just working out.. Most don't. Credits and kudos !!! Yes, I am a wanna be athlete... I wish I were an Olympian. I'd do life over again if i could come back as one of those swimmers or track stars.

lots of regular boring crunches :) and lots of leg raises, planks and running.... DIET is key, low carb all the time-
