i kno this but it for sure makes me slower in competition.. i can train with it but training 5 days a week is harsh and if u dotn do that then its pointless to even compete. ive had it for 11 months my bone is bigger its a real weird injurt .. my bone hit so hard it calcified now it rubs my it-band

its not to bad but when i go to compete in track meets .. thats when it fails it seems to do okay during practice but idk hehe thanks thou

yep. i havent lifted hard in over a year . i broke my collar bone this time last year. in june and a month after that i started running cross country and never really lifted since then i did sum pushups situps and countless hours of stretching

i can get it.. lol dont care to no point in doing any lifting while i run track just shreads my muscle away and makes my muslce sore. but just looks fake lol not jealous =) id liek to see some more pictures pretty nice abs tho.. perfect shape n all hehe
