Goal (Long): lol well it was to weigh 170 but that only took 2 weeks which was to add 15 pounds . so i guess to weigh over 180 becuase when i start running again il probably go back down to 170.

Hey Bradley, I been doing calisthenics for over 6 weeks. Last 2 weeks in combo with weights. They work great alone and will build up your endurance and in combo, they really bulk you up. You may want to look into that to get back. Check out my personal videos. Bro hang in there, take your time, you will get back.
