Workout Program:
Sunday...30-40 minutes cardio
Monday...Back/Bi's
Tuesday...30-40 minutes cardio, Abs
Wednesday...Legs
Thursday...30-40 minutes cardio, Abs
Friday...Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
Sat urday...30-40 minutes cardio

Goal is to put on some muscle in the upper body and tighten the lower body while maintaining 12-15% bf.
