Best stress relief there is!!! It has changed me inside and out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Remind myself EVERY SINGLE DAY that I am a role model for my family, my students and the people around me AND that it is what I MUST do EVERY SINGLE DAY to live the vision I have for my life.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 70 pounds...my story is in the December issue of "Women's Health" magazine...check it out online at http://www.womenshealthmag.com/weight-loss/weight-loss-success-stories-11?page=4 Push-ups, pull-ups and dips Ran 1st 5K in October, 2006 and beat my goal time by over 2 minutes. Competed in July, 2007...3rd in Masters Ran 1st 10K on March 29, 2008 in 55:58 beating my 57 minute goal time Broke the 26 minute time barrier for my 5K on May 3rd, 2008

6 Weeks on my get lean diet
At the time this was taken, I had already lost about 30+ pounds. I weighed 150-ish with a body fat of around 20-22%, was wearing size 12 pants and thought I looked pretty good. Had been lifting for about 6 weeks and diet was better. Actually think I see the beginnings of a tricep!! Looking at it ...
Getting lean again after putting on some serious pounds over the winter...I must say I like the lean look MUCH better...

Sprints...Makes me sweat like a pig, it's over in about 20-25 minutes and there is no better cardio
