At the time this was taken, I had already lost about 30+ pounds. I weighed 150-ish with a body fat of around 20-22%, was wearing size 12 pants and thought I looked pretty good. Had been lifting for about 6 weeks and diet was better. Actually think I see the beginnings of a tricep!! Looking at...
Description: First of 3 sets of dips to failure AFTER finishing 3 sets each of flat bench press and incline dumbbell press. Managed to do 15 dips this set and, yes, hubby needs to learn how to turn the camera the right way!! =)
I don't usually take Saturdays completely off, but I had worked out in some form everyday for the last 7 days and thus, decided to make yesterday my off day. No running, no lifting, no rollerblading, nothing! It was awesome...had a nice lunch with friends, got a manicure and pedicure, did...
Thanks for visiting my site and commenting on my blog. Hmmm, I see that Ben & Jerry's hiding in the freezer...:) Fantastic avi...shows the results of your dedication & hard work as well as beauty and strength. Don't be a stranger, okay?! All respect & luv...Harris
Hey there It's been crazy this entire year. A herniated disk in my lower back, didn't allow normal work out since Dec 07, so have gained back the poundage. No worries, after resting it for 1.5 months and doctor figuring out the problem, I'm slowly working the weight off. Your new pictures look totally GREAT! Your abs are inspirational!
Chin ups are going good....3 sets 8 on counter weighted machine w/45 lb plate (that means I can pull up 105), not bad but I don't want to have to counter weight at all!!! It's all progress :)
Shannon, Love the avi! You look so healthy and not an ounce of fat on you. More power to ya with that running. I've never run more than 2 miles at a time in my whole life. The health issue was a flare up of some strange and scary symptoms, but they seem to have sort of resolved on there own. Yeah for me. Will be competing again in July after an almost 2 year lay off. Cheers, Mike
Hey Shannon, You're looking fit as ever! How's it going?
Those aren't brothers in my pic, it's my wife (front) & 15yr old son (middle).
Who are you getting certified through? I'm in ISSA.

Just the regular off-season right now...getting the kids stronger...track is over...we won state in TCAF.
I will be doing a summer strength and agilities camp.
