How I Started:
I started working out to improve endurance and stamina on the volleyball court. When i saw the drastic change in my physique and my stamina as a result, I made it a permanent part of my life. I became hooked after that.
Why I Love It:
It adds so much to my confidence, sex appeal plus it keeps me energized, less moody and channels my excess energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping a mental picture of the body i want and knowing that others will see me and what i have achieved and aspire to achieve the same or even better results.

Goal (Long):
The results of my hardwork, when i look in a mirror, are a constant motivator to try an achieve as much as humanly possible out of my involvement in this industry. I like the way my body looks as a result, and i want to use this look, particularly as it gets better, to market the health & fitness lifestyle but more importantly, the sport of fitness and bodybuilding!
Compound exercises such as standing e-z bar curl, and inclined cable curls. Concentration curls help to hit teh peak of the biceps. Heavy sets, drop sets and supersets.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Weighted bench dips, close grip push ups, close grip bench press, (heavy bench press i find does have an impact expecially when i do i high reps). Dbell overhead extensions.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
calf raises (standing), leg press calf presses (high reps)
I always heard the saying "things happen for a reason" and to this day i haven't questioned it! So the fact that I have had to derail all my plans for the rest of the year because i picked up two different injuries and a visit to the operating theatre is some sort of sign...
Alright, I had to ask my father where Walespond was and he did not even know. lol. My mother is from Aeneon Town, Clarendon and my father is from Sandside, St. Mary. I spent most of my time in Spaldings when I was there.
Honestly, I do not think I ever saw a store soley for nutritional purposes. I think I saw a store in MoBay that was selling a few protein bars though. Anything what come from foreign is not going to be cheap in JA.
Funny, when I ask most Jamaicans where they are from they say Kingston. Then when I tell them where my family is from, the look on their face says they want to tell me where they "really" are from. I wonder if people say "Kingston" because they do not really have to say where that is. I want to see someone try to tell people they are from some country town.

About that July contest, that is not going to happen. Trying to workout with two jobs is harder than I thought, but I think I have figured out how I can get ready for a competition in Novemebr. Thanks for asking. Are you from Kingston?
