Same to you! I see you did a Christmas day workout, that's great dedication. I'm going to the gym tomorrow afternoon. I'm having a nice holiday, and I'm succeeding in sticking to my food management plan (I hate the word diet!) which is a big accomplishment for me at this time of year.
I wish you much success in achieving your goals. Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be, nothing more but nothing less and you will reap the rewards of all your hard work. Smile, and enjoy the journey. I look forward to watching you progress in ’08.
Hey Shane! Yes... I'm on the 6th week of a 12-week Nitrix cycle... since starting I've gained 8 lbs with very little Body Fat gain... so I'm pretty happy about that! Keep Liftin' , Bert
Hi Shane, just had a look at your last workout entry. I tried not eating before a workout, and I tired quickly. The body needs fuel to give it energy for a good workout. You'll burn more fat that way, if you have no fuel in your body, it wants to slow your metabolism and try to minimize energy output and so you'll burn fewer calories and fat! I workout about 2 hours after a meal that includes lean protein and vegetables. I usually feel great! Keep on working out!

Hi Shane. I had a great back and triceps workout at the gym tonight and even got in 20 minutes cardio. I started to log my workouts on paper last month, and am in the progress of putting it all into the Workout Tracker. I see you use it too, it's a great tool. My next workout is Friday I'm doing biceps and quads. Thanks for visiting my BodySpace and keep pumping iron!
