How I Started:
I have just recently recovered from major knee surgery and was looking to strengthen my knee. When I started to the gym i realized how much I loved it and decided to really get into it.
Why I Love It:
I feel more energized when I am working out, as opposed to sitting around all day doing nothing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just take a look at how miserable I was when I was unable to exercise when I was layed up and that gets me to the gym every day.
T gain 15 pounds of muscle before I move to British Columbia for the summer. By adding the 15 pounds of muscle I hope to push my bench press to around 170 or so and my curl to around 100-120.
