If I never compete, I want it to be because I chose not to, not because I couldn't have. I want to weigh in at 185+ with less than 12% bodyfat. I want to accomplish this within the next two years.

Reason: It seems to make my muscles appear fuller. I can tell a difference when I get off of it.

2nd & 3rd sets progressively adding weight keeping at 6 to 10 reps
4th and maybe 5th set exploding and excellerating with a weight that only allows 6 to 8 reps, even if I have to cheat a little.
