Background

When I Started: Jan 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out at the gym cause I was sick of the unhealthy lifestyle I was leading. I had breathing issues and working out seemed to be a release and I fell sick less often while working out.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Why I love bodybuilding? The feeling of achievement, the feeling of uniqueness, not eating the regular junk that the average Joe eats. Planning now to be fit to keep up with your grand kids. Thats what motivates me!! Arnold's speech, you rather die than be average has always been an inspiring quote!!
