Background
I use to box, and I did a lot of weights and cycling. In 1993 I suffered a serious motorcycle injury and my right leg is severely nerve damged and supported by fixators. I have now returned back to training my upper body but I do cycling for my legs with my daughter I also do a lot of canoeing (Open Canadian Canoe)which is upper body work as well.
See results and I need to stay fit for my family so I can enjoy life.
