just keep the nutrition clean mate. stick with the basics. eggs, chicken, turkey, beef, fish as top quality proteins and quality carbs such as oats, potatoes, brown rice, yams and fresh fruit and veg. The key is to find your balance by trial and error. Also have a good quality multi vit and mineral such as animal paks. hope that helps
