In January of 2003, my freshman year at Phoebus High School, it was the kick off to Pre-season weight training for the football team. Before training I was not overweight but i was far from in shape.(Lets say i was pretty fat :p ) About a month into training I saw my stomach getting smaller and my muscles getting bigger. What really got me was that I could never imagine it happening to me. So after football season I starteed going to the gym about 3-5 times a week.
Why I Love It:
I love it because not only does it improve my size and looks, but it keeps me healthy and in shape. It has honestly changed my life. I have eyes set on me at the beach and gym. People come up to me in the gym and ask me what I do to get like I am today and I just smile and tell them hard work and dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated mostly by God. I also imagine how I will look 3 weeks ahead, and it keeps me focused and away from Krispy Kremes.
BB Accomplishments:
I dont have any yet but HEY im only 17
