Why I Love It:
I just love the buzz of training and seeing your self getting fitter and stronger, watching your body change.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I was boxing it was the thought of getting beat kept me motivated.
Now its getting back in to shape after over year off and start looking good agian.
Ive had over year off from training after many years of boxing and weight training, in the last year Ive gained around 2 stone (28 pounds) of fat.
My main aim is to lose fat and gain muscle, I want to look good again and feel confident about my body. Hopeflly I will acive this by the end of the year, but I want to be looking some what better by the summer!!

What worked for me and allowed me to achieve my fitness dreams and lose over 50 lb’s, and go from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks was following the Body for Life program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. I find that you get the best results by following a well-designed program and that is what I found with BFL. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
