i want to get well defined lean mass on me. trying to get a six pack abs along with an overall bigger muscled body. and not forgetting the legs, working on them to make them bigger, are rather thin as of now. areas of concentration now: chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats, back, lower back, abs, legs

neither one.. all 3 things are important..eating being the most and cardio and exercises as well, the amount of time doing all 3 consistently is the biggest factor determining results. How long have you been consistent with all 3 ?
