Goal (Long): i want to get well defined lean mass on me. trying to get a six pack abs along with an overall bigger muscled body. and not forgetting the legs, working on them to make them bigger, are rather thin as of now. areas of concentration now: chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats, back, lower back, abs, legs

Hey babes, been trainin 6 days as usual - after every workout do cardio for 30-40min. My trainer has included plyos 3 days a week so that really gets me goin!! Real busy schedule in Manhattan right now but wil squeeze in a 30 min workout at the hotel...PS. I just luv those tight shirts on ya! Kisses xxx
