i want to get well defined lean mass on me. trying to get a six pack abs along with an overall bigger muscled body. and not forgetting the legs, working on them to make them bigger, are rather thin as of now.
areas of concentration now: chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats, back, lower back, abs, legs
Yeah it does feel good. This row is a long one to hoe but with encouragement and advice from ppl who are plowing along beside us, it is easier to deal with. Good luck with your goals!

Hey babes, been trainin 6 days as usual - after every workout do cardio for 30-40min. My trainer has included plyos 3 days a week so that really gets me goin!!
Real busy schedule in Manhattan right now but wil squeeze in a 30 min workout at the hotel...PS. I just luv those tight shirts on ya! Kisses xxx
