I do Insanity in the mornings

i follow the Insanity Diet basically jus counting calories
I usually do 2 boiled eggs in the morning for the egg whites, a couple of slices of turkey deli meat, two whole scrambled eggs and what ever fruit the DFAc is serving.
Lunch I try to stick with a salad and a sandwhich, 4 slices of turkey on wheat toast w/mustard. A salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, dressed with italian dressing.
And for dinner, since im deployed, I usually go with the healthiest thing they have considering you only have several choices.
