EricSylvestre The foods that seem to benefit me the most are grilled chicken breasts, brown rice, sweet potato, broccoli, eggs, and whole wheat bread. And for uploading pics I just use a digital camera and put the pics on my computer, and then click the upload button and select those pics Oct 12, 2012 7:39am

EricSylvestre Hey bud, saw your post in the body group. In order to drop that body fat % you want to lift weights with intensity and eat good clean whole foods (wholesome carbs, lean proteins). You'll see positive results in due time! Oct 11, 2012 10:49pm

601GUY Thats so much for the recommendation. I just ordered some Amino1 from here but will have to try the C4. I tried a 2 serving sample that i got with my Casein and loved it, at least the fruit punch flavor. Oct 10, 2012 6:22pm
