I first lifted weights when I was in the 8th grade. I didn't make the basketball team, and decided to pick up some weights and start training instead. After high school, when I was in college, I first began bodybuilding. I did my first show with little to no knowledge or experience in 2002. I then began promoting in 2003. The rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding and working out is a great release for me. There is no better feeling than right after a hard set or workout. I love reaching new goals and bigger wieghts, as well as pushing myself over the threshold.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a new workout partner, as of last year (Jason). I love beating him at lifts and showing him how to gain strength and size.
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed in 3 shows. I don't have any major placing to brag about. I have only placed in the novice catagory. I am no longer competing as a novice, but going for the pro card in the open class.

I am a natural bodybuilder, judge, and promoter for the NANBF. My goal is to win my pro card and compete in the WNBF. My next competition is in April 08. I am hoping to bring it home there with a win.
Nope, no running ... kills my knees. I've taken up racewalking instead. It can be just about as brutal as running. My goals ... well I'd like to figure out how I can fit getting bigger/stronger with leaner/improved endurance. sometimes, they seem to be mutually exclusive.
