How I Started:
I figured I needed to make some changes in my life. I was going though a break up, all did was lay around, not eat the right foods if I even ate at all. I got tired of feeling sorry for myself, took that energy and turned it into something positive. I've always been into sports. I played football in high school and also did a lot of swimming. I joined a gym in 2007, didn't go as much only here and there. Some friends and I were talking about making some changes to ourselfs. We all wanted to challenge eachother to improve our strength and drop our body fat. I never thought I would be so serious about going to the gym and changing my eating habits. I can't get enough of working out. I starting to get into the whole eating healthier too. I still need help with that but its coming along. Since being on bodybuilding.com I have gotten alot of information on workouts and techniques. I have seen and read some many profiles that inspire me and keep me motivated.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because it makes me look and feel good. I feel more aware though out the day, I feel my health and state of mind benefits from it.
