Overall Goal:  To have the athletic/fitness model type of body that I've been going after for quite some time. I also want to improve my strength gains as well. I'm considering getting into Martial Arts, so hopefully getting in good shape beforehand will help me.

Goal (Overall):
To have the athletic/fitness model type of body that I've been going after for quite some time. I also want to improve my strength gains as well. I'm considering getting into Martial Arts, so hopefully getting in good shape beforehand will help me.

My main lifting goals are- Bench Press: 300 Squat: 400 Deadlift: 500. Also, to maintain all of my gains and to fully embrace this lifestyle as well as never stop learning.
